A payment page built so nothing but the payment can run on it
Your customer opens a link, sees the bill and pays by card or bank debit. No account to create, no password to forget, nothing else on the page.
That is not a promise about our intentions: the pay page is its own origin under its own strict policy, with no analytics and no third-party script, and the total your customer sees is always the one we calculated, never one a browser typed.

They stop ringing you to ask what they owe
One sign-in shows a person every bill from every business on BillingMart that has their verified email address or phone number — yours and everyone else’s, with no account per vendor.
They can save a card and turn on autopay themselves, and the consent is stamped by the server and written to the audit log, so what they agreed to is a record rather than a memory.

The chasing happens without you remembering to do it
Recurring invoices go out on your calendar, in your timezone. Reminders go before the due date, on it and after it, and you can pause any single invoice when you would rather make the call yourself.
An assistant can take the rest: a hosted MCP server, authorised with OAuth 2.1 and scoped per connection, lets ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini read your billing and draft what comes next.

What is BillingMart?
Software for sending invoices and getting paid for them. You send invoices and estimates, take card and bank payments on a public pay page, chase what is late on a schedule, and give your customers somewhere to see every bill you have sent them. One workspace can hold several businesses, each with its own numbering, branding, team and customer list.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Starter plan is free and includes 25 invoice sends a month. A draft never counts — the meter moves when an invoice is sent, not when it is saved — and the month boundary is your own workspace timezone, not ours.
What happens when I reach my monthly send limit?
Nothing locks and nothing disappears. Every invoice you already sent stays live and payable, drafts still save, estimates still go out, payments still record. The twenty-sixth send waits for next month or for an upgrade, and that is the whole penalty.
How do my customers pay?
By card or bank debit on a public pay page, or by cash, cheque or bank transfer that your team records against the invoice. A customer can save a card and switch on autopay from their own screen. What gets stored is a vault reference and the last four digits; the card number is never written down.
Can I connect ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini to my billing data?
Yes, through a hosted MCP server at api.billingmart.com/mcp, authorised with OAuth 2.1 and scoped per connection. An assistant can read your data and draft invoices, clients and estimates, and it can propose an action such as sending an invoice or taking a payment — but no tool an assistant holds can move money or deliver anything to a customer. A proposal waits in an approvals inbox for a person to approve it, in a place the assistant cannot reach.
